The prices for all measurements are calculated by adding the heated living area + garage + basement + storage.
For Example:
3500 sf HLA
+ 600 sf Garage
= 4100 sf total
Standard Price would be $120
Premium Price would be $225
STANDARD
The Standard option will provide you with a sketch of the exterior walls of the dwelling, the location of porches, patios and decks along with the general location of each room. This option will also give the exact heated living area of the home. This Standard sketch is perfect for determining the size of a house and gaining general knowledge of the layout and features of the property.
PREMIUM
The Premium option provides you with every aspect of the Standard sketch and more! With this version, the sketch will include the interior walls, locations of doors and counter placement in the kitchen. The Premium sketch will also have interior dimensions of the main rooms in the house. This version is perfect for high-level marketing to give potential buyers a much better understanding of the home.
